The flow
How a booking works
Customers browse services or search for a specific type of worker nearby.
A booking request is sent with job details, preferred schedule, and location.
Payment is collected upfront via PayMongo Checkout — Maya, GCash, GrabPay, and ShopeePay supported.
The worker accepts, completes the job, and updates the booking status in-app.
A platform fee is deducted and the net payout is released to the worker.
The customer leaves a review — building the worker's reputation on the platform.
Payments
Cashless & secure
Workermo processes payments through PayMongo Checkout, supporting Maya, GCash, GrabPay, and ShopeePay — so customers can pay without cash. Visa and Mastercard support is coming soon.
Funds are held until the booking is complete and any disputes are resolved, then released to the worker according to platform timelines.
